  Cero empaticos para las personas que no hablamos ingles, fui con mi esposo, quien es de aquí, y quien estaba intentando explicarme lo que la señora de la recepción decía, pero ella no se tomaba el tiempo de esperar para que él me explicara, solo hablaba y hablaba, nada más, no le dio tiempo a mi esposo de nada, preferi salir a respirar, prefiero no regresar. Si conocen una veterinaria donde hablen español, y me puedan recomendar, quedo atenta. Gracias

  I'm giving them 5 stars for today's visit. I was extremely happy with the vet ( Amber ) she LISTENED !! She came up with a game plan to help my Belgian Malinois who has been suffering since April. She was compassionate to my dog and me and the vet tech was sympathetic, helpful and awesome also. They worked with me on her treatment plan which is going to take months but I see light at the end of the tunnel. She has been seen by two other vets in April & June who didn't care about what I was trying to tell them. Just antibiotics, hundreds and I mean hundreds of dollars spent and nothing worked. We go back in a couple of weeks for a follow up ( this is going to take some time to fix..possibly months ) and everyone is praying this treatment plan will work and hopefully take care of her issue permanently and yes it cost me a few hundred dollars again but not like the other two vets. Attached is a picture of just one hind side, the other side, belly, inner legs and tail are worse 😭.

  Bella had her Wellness Exam, and several required shots the other day at the Carolina Forest VCA. She was immediately greeted by all personnel at the front desk, and the occasional staff members who would come through the lobby, with many hello Bella and some petting, all showing appreciated affection. Amber Levi’s DVM, and her assistant ( forgot to get her name) both performed the examination, showing abundant respect and love for Bella. They also answered all my question’s and concerns, in a professional manner, to my satisfaction. I can’t put into words, how dedicated they are to the exceptional treatment of Bella they provided. They both exemplified that patient and customer satisfaction is their highest priority, and Bella and I are grateful for their dedication of achievement.

  We’ve had Maisie Grace in the loving and expert hands of VCA since we adopted her 6 years ago. Dr. Buerkle and Dr. Leavis — assisted by an authentically committed and caring team, including Lissa, Maria, Jessie, Pauline, Christina, Byrnes, Morgan, Milani, Dana and anyone whose names I must apologize for not knowing—have created a healthcare refuge for us Myrtle Beach-ians and our fur babies! Thank God they’re here! Maisie just had several masses surgically removed by Dr. Leavis. It was the first time my husband and I had ever had surgery for one of our beloved dogs. We are in awe of not only Dr. Leavis’s and Dr. Buerkle’s comforting and thorough guidance as we and Maisie navigated this mysterious chapter but the seamless and knowledgeable teamwork of everyone at the clinic. Did I say thank God they’re here? Oh! I did! Good! It deserves repeating!
