  Bella had her Wellness Exam, and several required shots the other day at the Carolina Forest VCA. She was immediately greeted by all personnel at the front desk, and the occasional staff members who would come through the lobby, with many hello Bella and some petting, all showing appreciated affection. Amber Levi’s DVM, and her assistant ( forgot to get her name) both performed the examination, showing abundant respect and love for Bella. They also answered all my question’s and concerns, in a professional manner, to my satisfaction. I can’t put into words, how dedicated they are to the exceptional treatment of Bella they provided. They both exemplified that patient and customer satisfaction is their highest priority, and Bella and I are grateful for their dedication of achievement.

  We’ve had Maisie Grace in the loving and expert hands of VCA since we adopted her 6 years ago. Dr. Buerkle and Dr. Leavis — assisted by an authentically committed and caring team, including Lissa, Maria, Jessie, Pauline, Christina, Byrnes, Morgan, Milani, Dana and anyone whose names I must apologize for not knowing—have created a healthcare refuge for us Myrtle Beach-ians and our fur babies! Thank God they’re here! Maisie just had several masses surgically removed by Dr. Leavis. It was the first time my husband and I had ever had surgery for one of our beloved dogs. We are in awe of not only Dr. Leavis’s and Dr. Buerkle’s comforting and thorough guidance as we and Maisie navigated this mysterious chapter but the seamless and knowledgeable teamwork of everyone at the clinic. Did I say thank God they’re here? Oh! I did! Good! It deserves repeating!

  I can't say enough good things about VCA MB! My boi Jupiter has had multiple visits and he's always had top notch preventative care, but recently, at the ripe old age of 8 has hit his first major health issue. During a procedure to remove a benign eyelid tumor Dr Leavis (who is simply AMAZING) noticed a small innocent looking bump on his groin and offered to remove that as well. It came back low grade cancer. Thankfully it was caught early but if she had not gone above and beyond who knows what might have happened. She also caught a bad ear infection and treated that as well. Everyone there really does treat my sweet pup like he's their own, and they all are the nicest, most caring professionals ever!
