  0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND GEEK SQUAD AT THIS LOCATION ! First of all, they told me that on Saturday my phone would be ready before 9 pm, which was their closing time. I arrived at the location around 7:30 pm for them to tell me that my phone would be ready when 24 hours. I called them on Sunday for an update on my cellphone and for them to tell me it would be 48 hours, which would now be Monday. I expressed to them team of having to work and living far away that someone else would be in to pick it up. They told me that was fine. Monday morning comes and my phone is ready for pick up. I called to change the name of the person picking up my phone for them to tell me that I am the only person who could pick up my phone and would need to make an appointment. After fussing with them from Saturday to Monday morning, I finally have my phone but I will NEVER go back !

  First off i called the store the day prior to ask about an appointment i had planned for today . I repeatedly asked over the phone due to my back glass being cracked if they’d still be able to do the battery replacement and i was told yes over and over then comes to the day of the appointment i was told they were not able to do my phone today due to being backed up regardless of my appointment and due to my back glass they couldn’t do it furthermore. i’m beyond upset this is completely ridiculous honestly horrible service at this geek squad in best buy id take your business elsewhere they’ll tell you false information and not inform you if they are behind and insinuate you to come back another day disregarding your appointment!!

  They bait and switched me. Sold me a $199.99 total tech membership in May, 2023 which at the time included wall mounting tvs. When I called to set up the appt to schedule the wall mounts in August, 2023, they just so happened to have "changed what is included" in the total tech package and ironically now allowing my tvs is not included. They supposedly sent me an email about this, which they conveniently cannot locate. So I asked for a refund and they want to only refund me $111 because I have had the total tech membership for 3 months (and have never used it!). I still have my receipt and conveniently for them, there is still "nothing they can do". Nothing but a SCAM! I will NEVER buy anything from best buy or geek squad again!
