  I called this authorized Cricket location to ask about current free phone promotions, and unfortunately the experience was very unprofessional. I was placed on hold multiple times without explanation and had to repeat myself several times. At one point, the associate Gaby repeatedly said “hello” as if she couldn’t hear me, then passed the phone to another employee Andrea who was suddenly able to hear me clearly. When I asked for their names, they avoided answering and continued passing the phone back and forth. The interaction felt dismissive and disrespectful. I hope management reviews customer service standards, as this location represents the Cricket brand.

  I really just wanted my phone fixed! Unfortunately the phones offered for reasonable prices seem to be JUNK!! It is always send the phone back (again) or buy another phone! What is "reasonable" about that?? Cricket has been as big a scam as I have seen anywhere!! Simply because people recognize the name they assume it is better than the smaller companies......NOT SO!!! Tired of sending phones back and being without a phone for days and buying new phones (I don't need 10 phones! Just one that works! Obviously unless you have a lot of money Cricket can't help you!!😡

  Place needs a little more energy, i.e, salesperson(s), better merchandising and more diverse and quantities of accessories. If you look, there are some good deals like the "kickstand" case I bought while there.
