    I saw store employees selling Pokémon cards to some people without any limits. One group was able to make multiple trips in a short period of time. But when I tried to do it a second time, it became a problem. Meanwhile, that same group was allowed to go at least three times.

    What a s show this store is. Came in to purchase a few sonos products and a screen protector. Went to pay. Super long line that kept getting longer. Thought surely the manager was skilled enough to send help to the lone employee checking folks out AND doing store pick up. Nope. 20 minutes go by. Still in line. 30 minutes. 35 minutes. 40 minutes. At this point input my products back and left. Three other people, 1 in front and 2 behind me left as well. This store and its management must not care about sales.

    Staff are very polite and helpful. My challenge was with their computer system changing an installation address from our vacation home that they were given to my address in my profile which is 585 miles away It meant having to reschedule an installation for 3 weeks from now due to scheduling conflicts.

    5 stars for Geek Squad, and 5 stars for the sales person who sold me a new computer a few days ago....ZERO stars for AI answering the phone, not connecting me with the store. I was told by the international customer service that the store "is no longer accepting phone calls." Another ZERO stars for international customer service who was more interested in small talk than actually helping me reach the store. This is unacceptable!
