  Si pudiera no darles ni una estrella lo haría pésimo servicio de atención al cliente intente agregar una línea y no me parecía lo que decían di mi opinión según lo que me habían dicho cuando agarre el plan que era algo diferente y las dos personas que atienden el pelo rosado y la muchacha se rieron a burlan no disimularon su burla y risas de mi este equivocado o no no es la manera de burlarse de los clientes

  Do Not set up service with this store/company! I set up 4 lines through this store after being told I would have service on these phones at my home. Get them home, no service. Bring them back they show me how to reset networks at home. I tried that still no service. They told me to call customer service. I did that and the rep I talked to said we do not have coverage there so there's nothing he could do. So I proceed to ask for a refund. All they want to refund is for 2 phones even though I paid well over $400 for phones and services. Services mind you that I do not have at my home! Not once did anyone tell me that if the phones doesn't have services that I could not get a refund of my money. I will be contacting an attorney because this is Fraud at it's best! Why should they keep money that I paid for services when they can't provide the services I paid for? I would not have even given them 1 star if I didn't have to.

  Poor Customer Service..This was my first time in 2years that I have been with cricket where I went in the store in a good mood and left out very unsatisfied.The young lady that waited on me was name SHERRY and she also told me she was the district manager,How is that possible,i don't know.i will never go back to that store and I have currently moved my service and definitely spread the word of this bad customer service,i sure hope no-one talks to her family members the way she do the customers..
