Edit* They responded with their generic response which means nothing. They have almost as many one stars as they do others. Cricket cell service is only good because it runs on AT&t towers. But if you need customer service the cricket side of it is horrible. My advice is if you want to get cricket just buy it from Walmart.
- AOApril OsborneMay 10, 20241.0Until today I have always been happy with the Greer location. We have 7 lines with you. I brought my old phone in to have it activated for my brother-in-law. I was trying to get a case for a moto 5g stylus (2021/2022) phone which we had with us. She wouldn’t even see if it would fit before purchasing. After I paid for it we tried to put the phone in the case and the case was too short. I asked for my money back since we had not even left the store yet and was told that no refunds on accessories. Nicole kept insisting because it said stylus that it would work. So now I’m stuck with a case that I can’t use.
