  I just started service with cricket and was transferring my old number to a new phone and had quite a bit of trouble getting the number to reactivate on the new phone. This went on for 5 days, the staff was extremely helpful during this period and did all they could to resolve the issue, even after a combine 5+hrs of contact with their technical teams they were always friendly, polite, and punctual. As someone with 7+ years of customer service experience this goes a long ways. I couldn't have asked for a better team and just want to give a big shout out to Miss Maira, Aishia, and Lizett for all their help though this.
