- AGAlex Grace2 days ago1.0Really disappointed in the outright refusal of help today when trying to transfer numbers from one apple account to another. I understand that we aren’t buying something but it’s ridiculous especially considering when I even pay monthly for apple care and can’t even come into my closest store (which is over and hour away) for some support, I even checked online before hand to make sure I was able to receive help.

- LDLyndsey DeatonSep 28, 20261.0The worst customer service. Incorrect information. Slow. Rude. They can be virtually empty and will make you wait while they talk amongst themselves. I just went in to pick up a $5,000 laptop and they had me wait 20 min before someone would walk to the back and get the computer. Then, they made me change locations 3x to “check out” via an iPad because the sales person couldn’t leave his “station”. I’ve been to many Apple stores. This location makes the brand feel like Walmart.
- BLB LSep 11, 20261.0I picked up my MacBook Air at the Apple Store in Haywood Mall and asked the staff to transfer my data from my old MacBook. However, they claimed it would take hours and suggested I do it at home instead. When I did the transfer myself using a standard USB-C 2.0 cable, it took less than an hour. If the store had used a Thunderbolt 4.0 cable, the process would have taken under 20 minutes, saving me an extra trip to return my trade-in. The store associates were completely unhelpful and clearly reluctant to do anything beyond making a sale.
