Did not want to exchange or give a refund even though the phone was purchased 2 days ago, finally got a exchange, told us no refill and even if this one did not work. I did tell her I would not be a happy camper if they would not make things right, she said I threatened her, huh? Never again. When 6 months is up I will take this to another provider. Very rude, unprofessional. I recorded the whole interchange. What a joke, oh cricket customer service told me to take it back. Never in store again. Buy online but I would avoid in store, especially this one.
