- LCLatrice CombestMay 13, 20261.0I went in to figure out what was going on with my billing and the associate Ms.Fatima had no clue about the services and how they work and or applied. She directed me to call cricket and I explained I spent my entire break on hold which was pass the supposed wait time. That lady does not even know how to talk to people. What’s the point of having a person In store that less helpful than the phones animated system. Now she delivered a service that was far way different than the wonderful guy who talked me away from metro and into cricket. I was hoping for that same great level of experience but I was mistaken.
