    Live out of town needed to repair an insured Apple product Impossible to contact the store Impossible to answer simple questions, speaking to a store associate with solve by speaking to a call center agent half a world away Corporation has absolutely no consideration for the time of its customers and are entirely concentrated on profit gain. If you don’t believe me try to call a store and get help with anything.

    Have you ever tried to call Best Buy now and tried to talk to someone locally in the store? You can’t, because they have a new AI feature that sends you to a call center instead of directly calling the store. Geek squad called me and needed some information about a computer they were fixing , tried to call them back. I was not able to get in touch with the person. This is BS.

    Unacceptable!! Promised delivery for my TV today and our sound bar and now the store is changing the date to Thursday. No communication! And a inconvenience! Waiting for my TV to arrive and no one text or calls me to tell me they are not coming. I had to call many times , was told no driver and they had to order the sound bar..sounds very mixed up to me. I payed hundreds of $$ ...for what..terrible service!!

    I’ve been to a lot of Best Buy’s but this one in particular has such a great atmosphere and staff! They are all very friendly and worthy of helping you out whenever needed. I had recently upgraded my living room tv from a Vizio to an LG thanks to Alliera. He really gave me a breakdown of what was the goods and bad of the TVs available. He also set me up with a soundbar to complete my setup. Now my living room is a gamer’s paradise. Nothing but positivity!!
