- MTMaria Tisdale1 day ago1.0Terrible. I guess the store is only for making sales, right? Because there’s no proper support to resolve issues; the staff doesn't care once they realize it’s not a sale and leave you waiting for two hours. I pay for Apple’s phone insurance, yet I’ve gone three days without being able to get a replacement, and no one—neither the store nor online support—is doing anything to fix it. I don’t recommend Apple’s insurance; get it through your carrier instead.
