  The man at the phone counter was very pushy and kinda rude. He gave us a trade in quote then in the next sentence the trade in quote dropped about 40 dollars. His reasoning for dropping the price on the trade was because of something we mentioned before but he “forgot”. Very poor salesman. We left and went to Verizon and everything was so much better and easier!

  Was looking at phone cases and slid the case out of the box and associate assumed we were trying to steal it and was really rude ….I expected better service and treatment from a hometown retailer …

  Decided leaving my phone on to of my car and driving was a great experiment. My Zagg screen protector saved the day. Then these guys replaced it free after verifying I had purchased it there. Tickled.
