  I’ve never had a bad experience - standard big box store, but they have plenty of stuff to look at and not a bad selection of audiovisual equipment. They did have grills there for a while, but it appears they have been removed. Really can’t say anything bad about the place for what it is it works well.

  Absolutely love shopping here! The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, making it easy to find what I need. Their selection of electronics is impressive, and I can always count on them for the latest gadgets!

  Today I returned a Frigidaire air conditioner that had an internal issue, and the return was a pleasant and seamless experience. The staff were all super helpful, and I exchanged the unit for a GE air conditioner that is perfect. I was in and out in 10 minutes. I will definitely shop this store in the future!

  Shoutout to Nick at customer service , tried to return a phone that I bought online an it was an absolute pain in the butt , yet he got it done for me an even printed the label/got me an envelope. Absolute goat, thank you nick

  My daughter’s iPhone breaks. We didn’t have insurance on it. I don’t care to go to The Providence place mall so I took it to Best Buy to be fixed. They say it’s not repairable. They say they can buy back the broken phone along with $750 to get another phone. I say yes, she needs the phone. The phone they gave us was broken. It never would connect. I go back to Best Buy to return it for a different phone that actually works. They tell me to go to Apple in order to actually get it fixed. I then go to Apple (in the mall). They tell me because I purchased it with Best Buy to go back there that they have no affiliation to this. I go back to BB. They say they can order the part to fix the phone which I just purchased!!! No other option for me. They took my original phone and $750 cash and I have no phone!! This has been. Going on for over a month. I came in to BB last week basically asking for my $ back so I can get a phone for my daughter that works. Manager says she understands why I’d be upset and offers me an old phone which doesn’t work for the next few days while the new phone comes in. She says Apple has sent to BB a new phone. I said I really would just like a refund so I can go directly to Apple. She then reassures me that Apple has sent a new phone and will be in in a few days. The day has come where I get the phone call from BB. NO PHONE !!!!! I go to BB saying please give me my $ back this is completely unfair. They say they can’t give me my $!!! What does one do?? This is theft😡
