  When I was due for my year upgrade they had no phones available but phones available at full price so I did that. The retailer let someone cut in front of me and my new phone number and password was exposed on the box as he was in his phone taking pictures and pretending to call someone that didn't answer when he couldn't remember his password to pay someone's bill. They will try to scam you. Do not get a phone from this neighborhood.
