  I went in on Sunday for help with resetting my phone and seeing if they could help me with an activation lock. I had an appointment for 3:30 and got there early but Ernie helped me right away once I explained what the issue was. He was pleasant and patient while I looked for information. Unfortunately we couldn't solve the problem that day but after trying multiple ideas, but he showed me exactly what I needed to do once I got everything in order and was overall very helpful.

  Have good experiences in the past but a very poor experience today. Had to keep visiting store and got conflicting messages based on who I spoke to about my screen repair and Apple account. In the end, the last employee was very dismissive. Ended up getting a repair at Fix It Hub for much faster and cheaper.

  I went to the Apple Store today , To charge my phone for a lil bit , The lack of customer service when it comes to Spanish ppl is unacceptable, They ask one of the helpers if they speak Spanish and he was translating what the Spanish guy was saying , then he left him for about 10 minutes and never came back , then he goes around if he speaks Spanish then the others are just watching him like he’s crazy or something like cmon man DO BETTER ! IF YOUR HELPING SOMEBODY DONT JUST LEAVE THEM LIKE THAT AND NOT RETURN then nobody’s dosent end up helping them at the end that’s not right thing to do . That’s not how you treat your colors no matter who they are . The poor guy left .Lack of help . Lack of support is unbelievable. You have translator for a reason why not try enough ??? Why because u think they can’t afford it or you don’t know what to do . You guys have to realize everybody is different you never know who you are talking to !! RICH OR POOR ! HAVE SOME EMPATHY FOR ONCE

  Been coming here to get my phone repaired because I’m clumsy. The employees here are nice and very helpful and do the repairs right. I just want to thank all the employees for their professionalism and hard work. THANK YOU! -from a satisfied happy customer

  I had an appointment right when they open at 10 am to fix my iPhone 15 pro that suddenly stopped charging, turning on, and the screen wouldn’t respond to touch. When we walked in right at 10 am, the store was already PACKED, and this was on a Monday. We had an assigned technician from the genius bar, but he was being pulled away constantly trying to help other technicians and customers. It seems like this store is really understaffed but they still try and give you a professional experience. All of the employees were nice and helpful, but it was just very chaotic and we had to wait quite a long time after getting the phone fixed at pickup. Of course, there was also an issue with the phone after it was fixed that we had to wait to get help for too. That was frustrating and scary given I just spent $600 getting it fixed, yet it still had problems.
