  Was having some problems setting up my new 18 pro max. I couldn't be happier with the EMPLOYEES that work for Apple. Now, the customers on the other hand, Linda, listen, the guy wearing the shirt that says "security" on it? He doesn't need to be told by you that he shouldn't be standing around when others need help. HE IS DOING HIS JOB!

  So I picked up my new iPhone 18 pro max at bestbuy and was given a lemon. Phone would randomly shut itself off. I returned to the bestbuy in Attleboro and was basically given zero solution. They told me to go to apple for a warranty claim. I drive here and the sales associate, KEN, tells me they can’t repair it and can’t file a warranty claim for a whole new phone. Left in disappointment and returned to bestbuy who sent me to apple in Dedham now (they were awful and refused to even look at the phone.) as soon as I left Dedham I got a phone call from probably the best and most patient employee I’ve dealt with Ken calls me and tells me he was able to get me another phone shipped. Ken went above and beyond, even after I left to try and fix the problem and it get it resolved

  Unsurprisingly Apple doesn’t care about customers. “Apple does not guarantee repair time”-store manager. Already known, but has gotten worse. Store ordered a part for my broken device and 2 weeks later- no tracking or anything available. Store ordered part to get shipped from another store. Never came in. Called again and they ordered from second store. Go into store for repair and when they open device they find water damage….. can no longer fix. Thank you for nothing but making everything more difficult and frustrating.

  Horrible experience at this store. I went in after having a battery replaced by APPLE last week. Since then my phone has been overheating to extreme temps after 5-10 minutes of use. Quentin was supposed to be helping me but instead was condescending, disregarded the information I was saying and told me that this issue was from me having safari tabs open and had nothing to do with the battery replacement that the issues started after. He then brought his manager over who was also condescending and disregarded my issues, telling me that he has worked there for 15 years, and Apple is “good at replacing batteries so it is not an error on their side”. They talked down to me and refused to actually look into the issue despite me needing it fixed urgently. I spent hours of my day for zero help. Have not had an experience this bad in a long time. Avoid this location if at all possible.

  Apple replaced my sister's battery only a few days ago and ever since her phone has been overheating after 5-10 minutes of use. She had an appointment with Quentin at this store who was incredibly rude, condescending, and completely unhelpful. He talked down to her, dismissed all of her issues and then blamed the phone performance on her having safari tabs open instead of looking into the "new" battery that had just been replaced. I doubt he would have treated her issues the same way if she were not a young woman. If I could give this store (particularly this employee and his manager) zero stars, I would. A waste of 2 hours, drive out of your way to avoid this place!
