  Definitely terrible service, they got me waiting without giving me time or a turn, they will take older people before you and they might judge you from your look, I’ve been waiting for 55 mins no one care

  I had a very disappointing experience at the Apple Store in Providence. The customer service was poor, and I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously. The staff seemed uninterested in helping and provided little effort to resolve my issue. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and support from Apple. The long wait time and lack of communication made the experience even more frustrating. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet my expectations, and I left without a satisfactory solution. I hope Apple improves the customer service at this location so future customers receive the assistance they deserve.

  I spent over an hour at this store and honestly felt like I did half the troubleshooting myself before anyone helped me. Then I came back to pick up my computer and got to wait even longer while employees appeared to be running a photography class instead of helping the customers who were already there waiting. I understand being busy. I understand training. What I don't understand is why customers are left sitting around for extended periods while staff focus on everything except the people who came in for support. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had, and I left feeling like my time simply wasn't valued.

  The welcoming staff are helpful, and although they may lack warmth, they compensate with attentive assistance. Once inside the store, however, the overall experience can vary significantly. At times, you may encounter employees who provide the consistent level of support expected at any Apple Store. In other instances, the service may fall noticeably short, leaving you feeling that it might be preferable to use the mail‑in option or travel to another Apple Store approximately 45 minutes away in Providence. During our latest visit, the conduct of the security personnel further contributed to our discomfort. While my children and I were simply exploring the store, the security guard followed us closely and pretended to use one of the devices, positioning himself near enough to monitor everything we were doing. This behavior made us feel unwelcome and discouraged us from continuing to browse. It was the summer, and we were dressed lightly, yet at no point did we mishandle any products; we only interacted with devices that were securely tethered to the tables and never lifted a single item from the display.
