  Ainsley is one of the best all around employees I have ever come across in my life. Extremely helpful and courteous. He gives 110% effort at his job and it shows. He helped me package and load my new 75 inch tv like it was his own

  The salesman at the Willow Grove store told me that if I got a new Best Buy credit card I would get Best Buy credits that would cover my Microsoft software purchase with my $2700 computer purchase. He lied. You can't get through to the store and no one picks up on their customer service line where they are training a very stupid AI. Best Buy is dead to me. I will return this system and buy from Amazon instead.

  I bought Apple Mac but the guy name is Kate Lokai general manager, sale was friendly service make sure customer satisfaction and easy to communicate with Deaf customer. Thank you

  Extremely helpful staff! Excellent advice on a computer purchase and no hassle support when I had an issue. I highly recommend Haroum in the geek squad and the sales associate in the computer section!

  Spent $4700 for delivery and installations of two TVs They messed up the order and the delivery driver never came to install and the earliest install was a week later. Now I have to wait 10-15 business days to get my refund since it was paid in cash. Best Buy just took a 5k interest free loan from me for a month smh Do not buy from this location, they will botch your order no doubt.
