- SKShannon Kathleen6 days ago1.0Just came here for the first time. The one and only employer working today was very rude immediately I’m not sure why. There was only one other person in the store. I said hi how are you , I have my cricket phone I just need to activate it . He says I don’t do that . I said you can I have done with this cricket before. And he immediately put up his hands with an attitude and says he can’t do anything he’s not cricket . And only thing he can do is check to she is the IME is clear. I said okay great do your thing. And I guess he didn’t like that either even tho I was just smiling and trying to get it done . Got all defensive rolled his eyes and was huffing and puffing. So I said what’s wrong with you so defensive and so direct your suppose to be customer services . It was a quick horrible unprofessional and unnecessary inconvenience experience for no reason today. I run a small business and I just simply needed the phone I already bought activated. If you don’t like your job. Get a new one .
