  Having to wait almost 2 hours to get a phone, especially when I already had a reservation, is madness!

  Wait time is not realistic and ridiculous they told me an hour and i have been waiting over two. Another older gentleman yelled in the stores because he waited an hour past his appt time. Everyone walks past you. Also when making a reservation why aren’t they telling customers to back up there phone and steps before actually speaking to us s that’s already done and out the way i waited two hours not they are waiting for my phone to back up or finding out if the part is in stock. Waste of time

  The in-store pickup process needs improvement. Preordering should save time, but walk-in customers were serviced first, resulting in unnecessary wait times. Streamlining this process, similar to Best Buy’s dedicated and fast pickup system, would greatly enhance the customer experience.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE — THIS TEAM DESERVES RECOGNITION! I want to take a moment to recognize an incredible team that went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of from beginning to end. First, Johanna deserves special recognition. She didn’t just help me and walk away — she continued checking on me throughout my entire visit to make sure everything was going smoothly. Today was an extremely busy day with the release of the new iPhone 18, yet Johanna still made me feel like I was her priority. At one point, I had to leave the store to go back to my car, and she personally made sure my phone was safely taken care of until I returned. That level of attention, responsibility, and genuine customer care is unbelievable. I also want to recognize Melanie, who was absolutely outstanding. She went above and beyond to make sure all of my needs were met and never made me feel rushed or like I was just another customer. The level of attention and assistance she provided was exactly the type of service I would expect from a supervisor or manager. Melanie made sure I understood everything, took the time to help me properly, and genuinely cared about making sure I was satisfied before moving on. Her dedication deserves to be recognized. I also want to recognize Manager Tanya. I wanted a privacy screen protector, but I didn’t want to purchase one without seeing what it actually looked like on an active phone. Tanya went completely out of her way, pulled one from a display device, and had Dave install it so I could see it for myself. That was customer service beyond expectations. Dave was also fantastic — extremely helpful, knowledgeable, down-to-earth, and professional. He took the time to make sure everything was installed properly and that I was satisfied. I also want to acknowledge Wandro, who was helping multiple customers at the same time but still managed to be extremely attentive and helpful. Watching him balance several customers while continuing to provide great service deserves recognition as well. And finally, Dylan absolutely saved me at the end of my visit. I was having trouble getting my phone connected because of an issue with my phone service, and I was honestly lost. Dylan stepped in, went completely out of his way to help me, and continued coming back to check on me even while he was assisting other customers. He didn’t just solve the problem and move on — he made sure I was actually taken care of. Johanna, Melanie, Tanya, Dave, Wandro, and Dylan — THANK YOU! This is the type of customer service you would expect from supervisors and managers, and this entire team demonstrated that level of dedication without hesitation. They were patient, respectful, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I left the store satisfied. I sincerely hope management recognizes every one of these employees for what they did today. People remember how they’re treated, and this team made a very busy and potentially stressful experience feel completely different. Five stars doesn’t feel like enough. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you again to the entire team — especially Johanna, Melanie, and Dylan — for showing me what exceptional customer service is supposed to look like!
