  Had an appointment for battery replacement. No way to check in. There did not seem to be an organizational system. Or if there was no signage to let public know. The whole experience took 3 hours. If Apple customers were not a captive audience this place would be toast.

  I did the process online to trade in my iPhone 14 Pro Max and selected to finance an iPhone 17 pro max through Apple Card and choose T-Mobile as the carrier (I don’t have an account with T-Mobile yet). When I got to the store I was doing the whole process, the new iPhone 17 pro max they gave me was defected. I asked to please have another one and they had to do a whole return and the whole process all over. I agreed to do so, and when trying to re-do the process I was told by the manager at the Apple Lehigh Valley Location that they were unable to do so because I needed to have a T-Mobile account. After explaining to them that it didn’t ask for a T-Mobile account when I purchase it online, the manager proceeded to tell me that it was against policies what I was doing, making it feel like if I was doing something illegal. Mind you, I FOLLOWED THE WHOLE PROCESS ONLINE, and I tried to explain to her that I had bought another iPhone 2 days ago doing the same process and they didn’t have issues with that. She proceeded to tell me that there was nothing they could do to help me and walked away from me leaving me with no answers. I WAS AT THAT STORE FOR over an hour, waiting for them to resolve the issues and NOTHING WAS SOLVED, And I live an HOUR AWAY. Apple need to teach them how online order works because it seems like they had no clue of what I was talking about when I was there.

  Order online for pick up and I’m here at store and now they are telling me order got canceled no one informed me and the manager said she can’t help me with anything !

  My family have always loved Apple products but the difficulty when a loved one passes and trying to get things done when there phone is so secure it’s nearly impossible is stressful and isn’t simple. When this happens you really need someone to sit down with you and understand the problem to properly help you and for my family today we had an amazing employee named George (one of the geniuses) help us. He listened to us and did everything he could to make sure we could save all the data and not have to worry anything being lost and walked us through the whole process.
