- LVLauren Vero6 days ago5.0I brought my dog here for the first time to see Dr. Santabene and cannot say enough good things. Dr. Santabene was so kind and very thorough for his exam. Mike the tech was great and so friendly. The girls at the friend desk were wonderful. I appreciate the wonderful care provided by everyone. Looking forward to continuing our care here!
- SNSarah NealJun 30, 20261.0The receptionist in the hospital that returned my phone call was extremely unhelpful, condescending and rude. She did not listen to what was going on with my pet before rushing me off the phone telling me my dog needs to go to an emergency vet. I would love to know how a receptionist can determine whether or not something is an emergency considering my pet was already been seen by an emergency veterinarian. When I tried explaining that to the woman she’d already been, she just got sort of combative and started talking over me. all I needed was a simple recheck because I was slightly concerned that her corneal ulcer may have not been healing. I am new to the area and haven’t established a regular client relationship, however I will be taking my sweet girl elsewhere and telling everyone I know to avoid this place since they’re clearly not interested in actually helping pets.
