  We rushed here in the middle of the night with our beloved Goldie as he was stressed out and seemed to be having trouble breathing. They took him in and showed him and us compassion and professionalism! They got him stabilized enough to go home with us to search out a specialist in just a few hours. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your care!! All three of us greatly appreciate it !

  I took my sick dog at 2:30am. No wait. Both Dr. Branner and the technician were wonderful! I am so grateful for their care and kindness towards me and my dog. Their expertise led to a successful diagnosis and treatment plan. My dog is happy and healthy now. Excellent experience!

  No bedside manner. Even if it's not a "Emergency" to the office, it is an emergency to me! Total disregarded. Receptionist was so cold and it seemed like I was bothering her.

  Skin Tag bleeding wanted to do unnecessary surgery instead of cauterizing … that’s because if they cauterize it they wouldn’t be able to attempt to charge $1650.00 …I say attempted be I left… the only thing missing was the mask and gun

  We recently adopted a dog, and had a voucher for 250 to take him to this vet. He ended up having a cough and his medical history said he was treated previously for an upper respiratory infection. I don't know much about kennel cough but I figured 5 days later our other dog would have exhibited symptoms so I didn't believe it was that. Regardless, I informed the person who made the appointment of my concerns and went to said appointment. When the vet and two vet techs came in, it was immediately apparent that they assumed that he had kennel cough. They offered no solutions to said cough other than chicken broth. When I brought up antibiotics, they said they were unnecessary but if he wasn't better in 14 days to bring him back. They also stated that if he got worse we wouldnt need to bring him in, and instead they would just prescribe the medicine. So with a hope and a prayer, we left. When his symptoms got worse we called back and they said we could bring him in, but nothing could really be done. When I asked the price of the visit I was told 250 exactly. Don't bring your adopted animals here. They don't care and the fact that they charged that when my regular vet was 75 says all you need to know. She was dismissive and angry that we brought him on through the front door when no one told us to do anything differently. Obviously whoever the vet is there isn't happy working with shelters.
