Just spent the morning with Sri at the Red lion store and he set me up with a new phone and explained everything and I'm very very happy!

I really hate to do this but feel I must. I am doing this for a friend/roommate who just got screwed over by cricket. We went in over a month ago as we both needed help with Separate things. He asked to be placed on automatic payment and was put on that. I warned him as to why I have never done that with my phone. Please keep in mind that my roommate is not Internet savy at all. Well, just this weekend. He was booted from the automatic payment without stating why. Anyway, so he made his payment the old way and had a confirmation text or email as proof. Then he began receiving warnings that his phone had now been disconnected and he now owed $73.00. So, they refused to do it over the phone and made him come in. They said that the phone could be turned back on for a $15.00 fee! Not $5 and bare in mind that he had proof that he had paid already. Yes they've seen the messages. I have never had problems but then again I don't trust autopay worth a damn. Congratulations, you ripped off a senior citizen for $15! That's another thing. You need to offer senior citizens a discount!

THE WORST SERVICE FROM A "MANAGER" I HAVE EVER SEEN! I purchased a case for my daughter for Christmas. I told the young lady the phone she had, even had a lengthy conversation about the phone compared to others (iphone se). She showed me some cases I picked one and was on my way. When I gave my daughter the case she noticed right away it was for iphone plus not the SE. So my daughter and I went in to exchange it for the right case. The lady we encountered (not the nice lady from before who I suspect just made an honest mistake) was immediately confrontational and unprofessional. When I asked if there was someone else I could speak to she rudely told me she's been the manager since December 16th and now there is no one above her. It was really odd to be honest. I left when she pulled out some binder with store policies and told me I was "not bright enough to understand" (HER EXACT WORDS) when I declined to read the paper. The whole experience was so odd and outrageous is was honestly surreal. Bottom line it's worth the drive to a different store. No one deserves to be treated like that especially infront of their children. I am embarrassed for her.
