  Took my dog here a few days ago because he wasn’t acting normal and we felt he had heat exhaustion. The vet comes in and I explain to her what was going on and she totally disregarded what I was saying and proceeded to try to convince me that my dog needed x rays due to it being a possibility of him swallowing something. I told her multiple times he didn’t swallow anything and that he starting acting sick after I had taken him on a walk. She tried to tell me the symptoms he was having weren’t symptoms of a heat exhaustion…they were btw. After the conversation, the paper with our estimated price was brought to me…which was 1500. It included fluids x rays consultation fee blood work and a few other things that I knew weren’t gonna be needed. I expressed how I didn’t feel like the X-rays and blood work weren’t necessary and how I thought he just needed fluids then she got an attitude and alittle snappy once I started speaking up I’m not sure if she felt like I was questioning her or what but she had a bad attitude once I said certain things weren’t necessary for my dog. He ended up getting fluids and a few days later he’s fine! So glad I didn’t let them pressure me into spending 1500. You can tell all they care about is the money and don’t actually care about the animals. I will never come back here again. The peer pressure and attitude was enough for me to realize they don’t actually care. DONT RECOMMEND!!!!

  I didn't think I could ever feel ripped off by a vet, but it happened! They mis led my spouse and charged triple the price of any respectable vets office. I immediately asked them to cancel all future appointments. We should have looked these review first!

  They are double if not triple the price of other vets. It says they are open Sundays but they are not. They prey off of your anxieties as a pet owner so they can take as much money from you as possible. Since you replied back...why weren't you there this past Sunday when I was told you'd be open and your hours said you would be? Why did you charge someone $720 for their cat's ear infection? I read that one on someone else's review, but there are many other's with similar experiences. Anyone reading this review, I suggest you heed caution, look at the other reviews, and shop around.

  I am very pleased with the warmth and professionalism of this office. I have a senior dog and both vet and tech were on the floor with her. They even took her outside and collected a urine and stool sample for me which felt above and beyond. The vet was clear, patient, and genuine. She sent me an incredibly detailed follow up after. I am really happy with our experience.
