Apples Commitment to selling you a new device instead of fixing an old one is so bad for the environment, but their commitment to greed is almost inspiring.
No I am not interested in paying 1100 for a new iphone that is out of date in a month and then pay an extra 150 a year for Apple care if anything happens to this expensive fragile poorly built device that seems to get worse with every new release.
Also apple hating 3rd party fixes and parts when they completely overcharge is hilarious.
Please stop trying to upsell me on a new iphone 17. Im not interested. Your devices should be $500 tops.

If you’re dealing with an AppleCare claim, don’t waste your time going back and forth with the Apple Store. Just call AppleCare directly.
I had an appointment at the Apple Store for a warranty replacement, but they told me they didn’t have my replacement phone in stock. They ordered one and said they’d call me when it arrived.
A few days later, they called, so I went back. After waiting for about an hour, they told me their server was down. Then they came back and said AppleCare was no longer accepting my claim.
I left, called AppleCare myself, and in one phone call they processed the claim and are shipping me a replacement phone.
Could’ve saved myself a lot of time if I had just called AppleCare from the start.

I went in there to see if someone could help me with my phone. The employees who weren’t waiting on customers were just standing around talking to each other. I found an employee just staring at his phone, I pleaded with him multiple times to help me, but he continued to ignore me. finally his manager saw what was going on and motivated him to help me, thank god for her!

What a useless store and company. 2 IPad PROS completely failed in 4 years and the Genius Bar just tells me I need to buy their 600$ replacement for their junky product since I didn’t pay Apple MORE every month to cover their crap. At this point owning Apple products is sadomasichism. Crap products they refuse to fix despite constantly failing.
