- DLDiyang LinSep 24, 20261.0Is there a real phone number that I can use and reach? I try to call for a repair lasting longer than 3 weeks and have been put on hold every time. The number just gets you to Apple support and then even they can’t reach the store. I want to follow up and ask what’s going on with my iPad (my repair status is on hold for over 10 days), and I can’t get any help with this. It’s ridiculous! Still waiting!
- AHAngela HerzSep 22, 20263.0Had an appointment they took us early Thanks G-d! However the stools or chairs at Apple Store terribly uncomfortable specially for a handicap person. Like me. No comfortable chairs. I had to park right outside the store and sit down in my car. My husband was quite uncomfortable as well with the tiny wood chairs. We are seniors. We need a chair with a back and a little padding please. The gentleman that helps us was awesome. Kind knowledgeable and great bedside manners.

- SSSteven ShumSep 12, 20261.0Had a Genius Bar appointment at 2pm Sep 12 2026, scanned QR code and checked in at 2pm. Waited at the Genius Bar table and Guests came after us were taken care of. Eventually at 2:45 when we reached out to a staff, Dan, who’s just standing behind the Genius Bar, he was very reluctantly talk to us. And eventually Dan offered help.
