  Made me wait hour and not a single person check on me. Just focusing on one customers for so long. The appointment time has been passed long time ago. Stupid shop, the service guy never told me I had to wait because I was just there little earlier and they had put a note for me. Had went there again with another appointment, had to wait more than hour and they quote me 10 days for repair and I called is it ready they said they part hasn’t even come yet and tomorrow was the day it was supposed to be done. Just frustrating because I could’ve got it fix from someone I know already, they reason I didn’t do it was because it was gonna take the same days but now I just wish I had done somewhere else and I could’ve been done already.

  Worst Apple Store in the World I’ve been here maybe 6 or 7 times since living in Pittsburgh and I’ve been to Apple stores all over the world and I can confidently say this is one of the worst locations. The people who work here are incompetent, rude, or just weird for some reason. They accost you as soon as you go in and then follow you around the whole time but do nothing helpful. They can’t help you with orders, they don’t know anything about the products, they can’t fix your devices if something goes wrong, etc. This location always seems to be out of stock constantly, so you might as well save yourself some time and frustration and just order from home.

  While I only had to wait about 30 mins on a busy, Saturday afternoon; the tech told me the problem was the tip on my Apple Pencil had gone bad and needed replaced. I bought a new pack of tips, replaced the one currently installed and it solved the problem….for less than a full 24 hours. It’s not easy for me to get to this store and now I will have to make my way there twice in the course of a week. Smh.
