  Over the phone said it would be about $60 to spay and neuter my kitty cat. Billed me over $500 bucks for all these “tests” they did during appointment. Had me sign up for a care club to pay monthly for a year. Never told me I had to cancel at end of year. Call to cancel and they give you another contact to cancel. Said they would call when year was almost over to get my cat one last covered appointment and they never did. Big scam going on here.
