Great experience every time. The staff and doctors are very professional and kind. Communication is excellent—they send timely updates on lab work and appointments. I also appreciate that they check in after visits to make sure my cats are doing well. Highly recommend!

Not really happy with this place. I adopted a cat a few months ago and decided to come here for the first visit bc it was free. (My dog goes to Center City vet and they are great, I just wanted the free visit lol).
I told them my concerns around asthma and a UTI. They said it was a cold and gave me antibiotics for a UTI. They did not work. I came back and got an injection antibiotic which also did not work. They were mentioning they may have to do something invasive to check for a blockage, that he may need prescription food for urinary care etc. I think I spent $1,500 over two months on vet visits and tests.
I decided to take him to CC Vet for another opinion. They immediately said yes, he has asthma, and yes, he has a bad UTI, and the antibiotics they prescribed are not the typical antibiotics for a UTI. They prescribed be a different antibiotic and they recommended Zyrtec for his asthma before going the steroid route.
These are two very common problems in cats and I felt they were both handled poorly. This poor cat has been in pain for three months. I’m giving two stars because the assistants and front desk are very nice. However, the actual vet herself (I don’t recall her name) had an attitude. I did not like her upon any of my visits. Not a fan.

This place will overcharge you and will say your cat needs vaccinations that it doesn’t need. I called two other vets and they said my cat was given additional vaccinates that it didn’t even need and was overcharged.
In addition, I was told a tech would see my cat than the doctor vet said he had to be seen by her so they charged me an additional $200 when nothing was wrong with him. This place will overcharge you.
In addition to her comment to my review, she is now stating my cat has not been see by her and I’ve been there twice. Good to go to a honest place.

I've used their boarding services 3 times now. What a great group of people! Carol is always very kind and patient over the phone and Carson is great too. They even send you pictures and updates of your kitty during boarding. My cat comes home happy and healthy! Couldn't ask for better service. Thank you!
