  We came here at 10:04 on Saturday, and there was already big lines at the entrance, and the inside was already full. The worke, Asia, helped us buy a phone. She guided us through, and she was very nice, while also working fast.

  I have been a consistent Apple customer for the last 40 years. I helped with the location of this Walmart street store. I am very proud to be such a dedicated Long-term customer. The store feels like a home away from home. I have, for years, kept up four different devices, all original from this store. The store is large, beautiful, clean, and the staff is exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful and wonderful. I couldn’t recommend it more highly.

  Terrible customer service experience. I came to see if my apple pencil could get repaired and was placed on a waiting list. After waiting several hours for my appointment time, they then asked if I had apple care and said they couldn’t do anything for me other than help me buy a new one. Granted we came during the launch of the new iphone, but at least ask about having apple care BEFORE making me wait 3 hours for you to tell me there’s nothing you can do.

  Very nice and caring people work here at this well-lit store for the most part. It's a shame that you can buy the same Apple products on display at the store at much better, lower prices at places like Best Buy. It makes no sense to spend anywhere from $50 to $500 more, depending on the particular Apple product, just to be able to say you bought it at one of their bona fide locatons.

  Once upon a time, you could count on Apple for quality service, but not any more and certainly not at this particular store in Philadelphia. Arriving today to purchase a mag-safe wallet, I approached a member of staff for help. This isn't a store I am familiar with and I didn't know where to start in such a vast space, typically packed with those coming in for a play on display devices, and likely with no intention of buying. Her 'help' was limited to a pointed finger, directing me to the other side of the store. Really useful! I don't think to be taken over would've been too unreasonable. To be fair, I was quickly adopted by another member of the team, but she was in the middle of assisting others, so we shared her. Really a rather frustrating experience for what should have been quick and easy. And why must staff have to retrieve a wallet from a store-room? Why can't we pick it off the shelf, walk to the cash register, pay and leave?! Not sure I'll hurry back to this particular store!
