- BTBrian Truong1 day ago5.0Came in for an appointment because my phone had trouble charging saying there was liquid detected when there wasn’t. Showed up to the appointment, and Niaara helped me out right away with cleaning my charging port. After only 5 minutes, she showed me the problem in my port and cleaned it up so it got to charging again. Quick, friendly, and efficient, thank you Niaara!
- MLMaría Lozano2 days ago1.0There is no appointment to purchase, they are terribly organized, they made me wait almost an hour, couldn’t wait any longer. There were senior visit end with canes waiting in the same line, nobody came to assist them, at least they should have a special line for seniors and let them sit down, the were totally regardless of service! Do not recommend buying here, go to another store or buy online

I walked into the store around 4pm and left the store close to 6pm and I still didn't get any assistance. A woman named Sarah kept telling me that someone would be with me in a few minutes for over an hour. I patiently waited. After about an hour + 45 minutes, Sarah said that I was next and she even pointed out the person who was going to assist me. That person went to assist someone else when Sarah said I would be next. After that I just walked out of the store feeling rejected. I will try the Apple Store in Ardmore or King of Prussia, hopefully I'll have better luck there.

- CCChoopieJun 23, 20261.0Absolute disgrace wish I never brought an apple product. AirPods stopped charging. I go to the store. Tell me I have a five hour wait time for a charging issue. Supposed to be under warranty. Stay away from Apple. Do not buy anything from them.
