I went in to look at new phones was shown one phone, had music playing loudly in the store hard to hear and wasn't overly friendly. So needless to say I walked out in less than five minutes without a phone and I will go to another store to purchase a phone and will definitely not recommend this store.

What an incredible young man..He was patient, fun, knowledgeable, and after several weeks of dealing with other lousy locations in the Pittsburgh region, this guy deserves an award, promotion and a pay raise. I'd drive back wherever im living just to make sure I get Tanners expertise. Great demeanor, and attitude when I was at my wits end. Ty Tanner

And before you say I can pay online, that’s true but I’m not obligated to do so. This cricket store always gets to the bottom of the problem and solves it. Great store!
