  Highly recommend this place it was my cats first visit and I plan on going back! The staff was great and the receptionist with the glasses was the highest almighty of them all with her loving support for my family cat Krissy!! ❤️ She was able to assist me with tools I needed to support my baby who is carrying to make sure her babies are going to be ok!! That woman deserves a raise for going above and beoyond!

  I would recommend the VCA West Shore Animal Hospital they are very nice and it's a wonderful place to go to your animals

  Not pleased with their service! I brought in my kitten because something was wrong with his back legs. I was told that he was quadriplegic. I was given pamphlets and was told to seek medical treatment else where that there was nothing they could do. Feeling overwhelmed and upset I took him to his primary vet to seek more information. I was told he is not quadriplegic his back legs were ok he had reflex but he just needed some time to recover. Never again will I waste my time or money for seeking a medical emergency. They gave me false information and devastation.

  Had our first appointment earlier this week with our recent rescue that needed the works. They were so good with our sweet timid girl and were great at andweyall of our questions.
