  Got a phone there? Wanted to return. 7-Day policy customer service Took it off my plan So the phone became unreturnable. The problem that I have is store can't call up customer service. You have to do all the work. It's a third party meaning store rules. Cricket corporate rules are different. Not satisfied with the outcome. Cricket customer service says one thing and the store says another. Meaning the bill is totally different than what the store says compared to customer service. Cricket customer service and the store should be able to haggle it out and get it sorted out for you. There's no reason why I should have to call up customer service and do it on my own. Rules should be applied the same way. They should be able to fix account for you and get everything sorted out. So everybody's on the same page. Cricket says no restocking fee and the store says restocking fee. And accessories aren't returnable. If you don't want the phone, what good are the accessories. That's a whole nother story. And if you're going to get an upgrade, how is an upgrade more money. It was 180$ for an upgrade and when I went back it was $320. Everyday the story changes. Go buy an unlocked phone at Amazon. You're better off. Just make sure it's compatible with AT&t/ cricket service they don't remember what they said one minute to the next. If you're entitled to an upgrade, why would you pay more money? It got more confusing as the conversation went on. You call up cricket customer service. The esim is free You go to the store. It's $35. How a company can't call out cricket customer service for you to get it sorted out. Is ridiculous. Back in the day they used to be able to call up customer service and get everything sorted out for you and give you deals now nothing. PS) There's ways they can return a phone. Anything is possible, they just don't want to help you and choose not to. Sometimes you have to take a loss to make a customer happy. That's great customer service. They just wasted more of my time.

  Was trying to get a phone swapped from a regular sim to an esim. Walked into cricket store to use their wifi and ended up getting the whole issue resolved within 10 minutes. Sierra is from the honesdale store but just happened to be there that day. She was amazing and I will happily return to Mt. Pocono or Honesdale to get the service!

  This store is very, very unprofessional the sign on The door say open at 12 you can clearly see somebody’s in the back of the building cause the lights in the back of the building is on, but the front door is still locked. They don’t pick up their phone very unprofessional company.

  Went to get my son a new phone and Ashton helped us. He was polite and courteous and answered all our questions. He’s a great worker. would definitely recommend him
