Turns out all the phone needed was for him to restore the program which had 'crashed' on my flip top phone (I don't want or need an Android/smartphone). He also instructed me to turn off my phone for at least 10 minutes once a week (which I never did before). BIG THANK YOU to Mr. Mohammad.
