I've bought tens of thousands of dollars in items from best buy. Went in today to buy a TV. I asked for a discount on a damaged open box TV, but ended up walking out because of an extremely rude manager who would only offer a discount if I signed up for their credit card. Very rude and unethical behavior. I regret not getting the managers name so I could single them out. The inital sales person was very kind and helpful.
I hope the restaff that particular individual.
I would have bought the TV at the list price. Ended up not moving forward do to the unprofessional interaction.

Took a little while to get an associates help in the TV section, but the employee who helped us was quite knowledable about which versions of TV came with what features. Glad we waited.
