  A sign on the door said out for 15 minutes... Was much longer than that until someone came.

  I had 2 bad experiences. I should of learned from the first one but I have them a second chance. I want to the store and bought a new phone, I upgraded. Bought a case and have them my card number to be out on auto pay. I've been with them for over 2 years. For some reason the auto pay didn't work. 2 days later they cut my service off. Now here's the big problem, I could call cricket service and that was it. I got a recording, the recording would not let me talk to a person without making a payment, the payment could not be made on the phone. I drove to the store, now this is only 2 days later. They would not give me all my money back. It wasn't my fault their system didn't work, and now they would not give me all my money back. Was not happy with the service, the manager at the store should not be the manager.

  The store is clean and the staff is super friendly and helpful!! The young woman ,.Rebecca, went above and beyond her duty to help me with a new phone and get everything transferred over! Thank you so much for your wonderful assistance!
