  The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Started out by scheduling a battery replacement non warranty. Scheduled the appointment and received a confirmation. Drove an hour and a half to the appointment to be ignored for 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Once I was helped I was told they did not have the battery in stock and it would need to be ordered. You would think they would notify you after you schedule the appointment to tell you that but they don’t. I asked if I could wait when I come back for it to be replaced since I would then have to make another trip 3 hours round trips and I was told no it must be dropped off. I was emailed when the part came in and dropped it off that night. Again I drive 3 hours to drop it off. I sign the required documents. Never am told that no one aside from me must pick the phone up. My father volunteers to pick it up due to the lengthy drive and inconvenience of having to make three trips in total. He arrives and says he is picking up my phone and then all goes to crap. They do not allow him to pick it up and say I have to pick it up. He tells me to call the number to release it so I do that and they still won’t release it. After 30 minutes and having to get security involved they finally release my phone even though I own MY phone and they refused to release it and he has the same last name and presented ID. Needless to say I will never recommend APPLE to anyone and have had the worst customer service. They do not care about their customers at all.

  Apple Store in Lancaster makes the DMV look excellent. Bad tech, poor service, terrible attitude. LED by a condescending twit manager- waited 90 minutes to have an iPhone 17 screen replaced and then was informed they were out of screens. Sales people aren’t trusted to know inventory(??). Out of screens for the latest phone(??), we’ll order and you can return and wait up to 4 hours for us to get to you(??). And how dare you question almighty Apple policy or procedure. Just crazy - dedicated Apple customer for many years will have to look at other products. Every sign of a company that’s lost the thread.

  Went in one day and asked about my older laptop that needed a new battery, the associate said that as long as there was nothing else wrong with it I could trade it in for the Apple Neo. I went in with my laptop 2 days later and was then told there was “no trade in value” and I could just “recycle it for free” WHAT??? I don’t understand why I was told it was possible in the first place.. and to just basically throw away my laptop. The associates that took care of me were also rude and stand offish. I was confused about my backup and how iCloud works and they gave each other a look and looked at me like I was dumb and half explained it. Very disappointing the whole experience.

  nice place, had a very nice guy who helped me buy a phone even though i was a bit cross haha, thanks guy! well run and up to all standards
