  Absolute WORST customer service I’ve ever received in my life! Wish I could remember his name. It was morning, a tall, skinny guy, wearing a hat and glasses, the WORST, he’s a waste of time and space! My computer ran out of storage space, I asked him what’s the best course of action to transfer my pictures and images to a hard drive. I didn’t know how to go about it or what kind of hard drive I needed. His solution… “BUY A NEW COMPUTER ASAP, YOU COMPUTER IS COOKED” I looked him in his eyes and said, “REALLY?” He was SO lazy and incompetent, you never mentioned getting a flash drive and slowly transferring files over, never suggested hard drive options! I spend HOURS on YouTube finding the answers and NO!!! I did not need a new computer and my computer was NOT “cooked.” I’m am planning to purchase a new computer next week and it will NOT be with Apple, I need good, quality customer service! Apple dropped the ball yeeeeears ago! Just a shell of what it used to be! You’ll never get any cent of my money! $$

  I have to say I am pretty dissapointed with Apple. I ran my phone over with a forklift. It completely destroyed both the front and back glass and also bent the phone some. Instead of just giving me a new phone they suggested they try to fix it first, which to me seemed ridiculous. They managed to fix both the front and back glass but the front camera never worked properly afterwards. Anytime I would turn the camera around in the app it would just be a black screen. The facial recognition worked but the camera itself didn't, I know "weird". It was such a pain going through the repair process that I just decided it wasn't worth my time going back. Which leads me to this review. I recently got caught in a rain storm and some moisture made its way into both the front and back cameras making it impossible for the camera to read my face. The phone clearly wasn't sealed properly nor fixed properly during the initial repair process. I even left the green tape on the back to prove I had it repaired. I explained the situation and they instantly said the camera didnt work because of the moisture, but that is most definitley not the case. I just feel like this is a mistake on APPLE and I don't feel I should be on the hook to pay AGAIN, when it wasn't repaired properly in the first place.

  Scheduled an appointment to have my battery replaced. Drove over an hour to be told I really have no appointment at all and the phone would need to be left and picked up another day. I think it would be great if they would tell you that when you are scheduling the appointment. Who can even go without their phone these days? I own a business and cannot run said business without my phone. What a horrible waste of time. Come on people, with the technology we have in this day and age you mean to tell me you can’t figure out how to schedule an appointment? And I see this is a common topic on your ratings. So I’d venture to say just like your employees, you simply do not care. So this one’s for you Apple Store in Park City mall.

  Excelente atención muy amable todo el equipo que aquí trabaja. Fui atendido por Stefani una joven muy profesional. Orientación sobre el nuevo equipo Un Telefono. Activación de la línea y traspaso de datos aplicaciones. Gracias a todo ese Gran Equipo de Apple continúen haciendo de su atención profesional su gran fortaleza.

  Though the staff was courteous and helpful, my main concern is with their process and inventory. After I saw that I needed a battery replacement for my 2-year-old Iphone 15, I made an appointment for 2 days later for a battery replacement and submitted my phone's diagnostics. I drove 30 minutes to the store and expected to get a new battery. After waiting 20 minutes, a staff member repeated diagnostics and agreed I needed a new battery. But he said they had no batteries in stock! I was told that I would get a call when the battery was in, and the replacement would take less than an hour. I left frustrated, and the next day received a call that they had the battery. So I drove back to the store and was then told the replacement would take at least 90 minutes! How is it that when I made the initial appointment for battery replacement I was not informed that they did not have the Iphone 15 battery (not an ancient model) in stock, causing me to need to make another trip days later? Between travel, return trips, and waiting, I expended over 7 hours (not to mention the rip-off price of the battery). Get your act together!
