From beginning to end the entire process was smooth and stress free. The salesman listened to our needs and vectored us directly to the products we wanted. There was no high-pressure sale. After our purchase, the in-house techs loaded our software, explained everything about the software and hardware, and patiently and clearly answered all of my questions about both. Clearly a five-star experience.

He said, yes all of them are tested before the delivery / sell. I payed for the delivery and installation and original kit. The technicians did not test, the product presented a red light on the display, but the technicians didn’t not care about and get out on their way. We lost a lot of the product because that problem. My wife went to the store to make a complaint and the proposal from Best Buy was “We can change the refrigerator for you, but you have to pay the difference! My question is Who will pay for my loss? I will consider another supplier on the next time!
