She guided us patiently through every single step, refusing to quit until our cell service was fully up and running perfectly.   I have been having difficulty with my phone for months and had checked with 2 other agents on the problem. Yesterday, I was to the peach St store and Allie in 10 minutes, diagnosed the problem and fixed it! Thank you for restoring my phone ! Fast friendly service!
