  Sucked did not even try to fix my phone. Girl only deleted some things and said it was good to go. It is still messed up!!! She was so untrained for customer service and working on a phone

  We had great service with Caprice today! He was knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and caring. We appreciate that he is upfront and straightforward with everything regarding our phones and plans including any sorts of fees that are often tried to be kept "hidden" by companies. Thank you!

  I have been having difficulty with my phone for months and had checked with 2 other agents on the problem. Yesterday, I was to the peach St store and Allie in 10 minutes, diagnosed the problem and fixed it! Thank you for restoring my phone ! Fast friendly service!

  I went in today to get my service switched to them and the guy that helped me was so nice and very helpful. He didn’t try to talk me into anything that I didn’t want and he got me in and out of the store very fast.
