  The "store manager " refused to give my grandfather receipt when he went in to pay cash for my phone bill and then never applied the money to my account until my husband went in and confronted him all bc he heard an argument on the phone with my husband when getting my account in formation off me threw my grandfather's phone. I was already call support bc the no receipt or text my bill was paid threw me off however when he my husband went in he admited he was being ignorantand refused to print it bc he heard our argument. Then he magically noticed it didnt appy to my bill and had to reply it he said. I called and filled report with police and customer service. I would like store owner to please contact me as I will be contact lawyer about this.

  Pretty regular type of cricket store. Not too busy, it was afternoon, and for my issue they were able to provide advice and resolution. So cannot complain. Parking lot gets a little full but people don't stay there long so that's a plus.
