Very chill best buy, everytime ive gone its been no lines and very quick to pick up and curbside pickup is really quick too.

Purchased a game here today. Price was clearly labeled 39.99. Checked out and total was 52.99. I let the young man know at customer service register it was labeled at 39.99. His response was “nah, it’s 49.99”. He has an attitude about it….I ended up purchasing it and walking to my car. Was going to let it go. But, with this economy….. Came back inside to speak with a supervisor. Supervisor was rude and not apologetic at all. He actually first blamed me for not mentioning it the cashier. I told him I had told the cashier prior to purchasing. And he said nothing back. I got my money back. But, the level of unprofessional is astounding. Customer service here is terrible … highly disappointed with the service from this location.

Hattie was so helpful with helping me find the perfect phone and ipad cases. i wanted everything to match and they helped me find exactly what i wanted!! amazing customer service 10/10

Roadie drivers in back see yellow sign on door just touch ring button they come out it would be a lot easier to find if they had sign said roadie pick up to help

Recently i bought a couple of things and the young kid who was helping me out to pay told me word by word...."If i show my drivers license and answer 5 questions ill get 15% off my items so i said ok......When i went to pay i said why isnt there a discount and he said...."You signed up for a credit card and 15% happens over time and not right away and that i have to spend at least $100 to get it...He never told me this to after the facts!!......So i will for sure be deactivating the best buy credit card when i get it in the mail and i told the manager about it and he said there is nothing he can do so i will NEVER be back to this store and for the amount of money Best Buy makes the manager still couldnt help me out and i understand companies doing things to help them out but sorry lying to me is very unacceptable and unprofessional and i will be in touch with better business bureau for this and if manager helped me out i would of been fine but sad to say like the one customer said i will continue to buy online and not support a business like this! The bible clearly states God hates lying and so do i!!
