  I wasn't able to be seen because I had a limited schedule but they gave a referral to somewhere that could accommodate my timelines.

  For the past 21 years, Dr. Falzone has cared for our pets with incredible compassion and dedication. Through every routine visit and every difficult moment, we've always known they were in the best hands. Dr. Falzone truly treats every animal like family, and that kind of care is priceless. We're so grateful for everything she and her team have done for us over the years. We couldn't recommend her more highly. Thank you Dr. Falzone!

  Blessings, my dog had his 1st visit there 7/3/26 the fact that dog parents are not allowed to be in the examination room with their pet is ABSURD! I don’t know what took place in the BACK, two wks later My dog PASSED AWAY! Prior to him passing I called serval times different days after hours with CONCERNS to help my baby! NOBODY FROM THAT OFFICE NEVER CALLED ME BACK TO ADDRESS MY CONCERNS! BASICALLY THEY SAID THE HELL WITH MY DOF! They had the AUDACITY TO CALL ME TODAY 7/20/26 AFTER MY DOG PASSED WITH THEIR FAKE CONCERNS! I will NEVER take an animal or human life that belong to GOD! My baby my dog was called home to doggy Heaven 7/18/26 I’m Grateful 🥲 God allowed him to wait until I came home so he wouldn’t be alone. VCA animal hospital in Dunmore y’all DID NOT GIVE A RATS TAIL ABOUT MY DOG, or me as a doggy PARENT, Y’ALL DID NOT GIVE MY BABY THE BEST CARE, nor GAVE HIM ATTENTION! If that was the case: ANY CALLS I MADE CONCERNING MY DOG WOULD’VE BEEN RETURNED!!!!! Y’all DO NOT DESERVE 1 STAR IF I CAN RATE ZERO STARS THAT WILL BE!!! I worked HOSPICE OVER 30+yrs it’s all ABOUT making the PATIENTS OR ANIMALS COMFORTABLE NOT END THEIR LIFE! The doctor kept PUSHING ME TO END MY DOG LIFE, Kyle Woodly YOU ARE NOT GOD!

  Nice people we took our cat royal to get him checked out they were the only groomers that was able to help us great people
