  Jennifer was the rudest and biggest liar I have ever met. Lied through her teeth and convinced my that my current phone was going to be “deactivated” and rendered useless for 6 months? That I couldn’t get off a plan and switch onto a new one? She scared me so bad that I wouldn’t have any service and I had to start a new job where I needed a phone to contact my boss and coworkers. Conned me into buying a new phone and $60 plan and accessories I didn’t need without telling I couldn’t return them. Went back to return everything (because my current phone was still working just fine?) she lied again saying she told me this and that. Lied and said she showed me her computer screen that first day when she didn’t-you can check the cameras. Then didn’t tell me I wouldn’t get anything refunded and instead of telling me to just keep the new phone she took it back and then gave me nothing. What a disgusting person. Do not go here.
