- MLMonica LeahyJun 16, 20261.0I came in at 11:40 for my appointment to get my screen fixed , where I went to he gentleman who scanned my QR and said I was checked in and have a seat at the service area. Around 12:36 I asked an associate if I was on the list and he said he didn’t see me checked in. Now it took another 45 minutes of waiting to back up my phone to the cloud which I could have done the first hour of waiting if someone checked in. I left my phone and upon pick up, it was very hard to find anyone to let them know I was picking up my phone, as people walk past you but don’t engage. Someone told me my phone wasn’t ready, but they would check back in and they didn’t , which I had to find another associate to get the phone. All in all, I left the store with my phone fixed by 3:30 pm, which wasn’t anticipated and I missed essentially a whole day sitting in the Apple Store for a screen fix.
