  Waited a total of 5 hours in the store to trade in my new iPhone for my old iPhone. Got handed off to a total of 6 different people. I lost 5,000 photos from the past 10 years. I told them I was under an Apple ID account my family used to share. I did not realize iCloud sync was toggled off because of this (it was turned off back in 2022). The employees helping me left every minute, and would leave for periods of time before helping me again. I even asked before they wiped my old phone, “But my camera roll is backed up, right?” I wasn’t sure. They told me it should be, I trusted them. I understand I should’ve have known the sync was off, but I figured the Apple employee would’ve done their due diligence in checking to make sure 5,000 of my photos were transferred to my new phone before factory resetting my old one. All they comped me for was a case and a screen protector. And said they would “give feedback” to the employee who didn’t check my camera roll before the wipe. I just want my photos back. I feel like the whole experience was terrible, beyond just losing the photos.

  Pre ordered my phone for release day. On release day I come in and the power is out, no orders can be completed. Come back 3 days later and because I had a trade in, I would have to wait over an hour and a half for my phone to be backed up. End up having to get a full refund and walk out with no phone. That was their only solution. No offer to repurchase the phone. The next delivery date is in 3 weeks. I ordered in store pickup because I was excited for my new phone and thought it would be nice to walk to the store and make an occasion out of it. Never ever order in store pickup, complete waste of my time.

  Gave me a replacement phone after they couldn’t fix my phone after 2 different locations and 3 plus hours to come to find out they didn’t activate my number and now I’m stuck without a phone and off to another store 0 stars if I could give

  Sell you third party charging cables. Have to contact the third party if something goes wrong with the charger. On top of that they say the third party will replace it for free but left out that I have to PAY for shipping. I had the charger under a year and it no longer work. Very inconvenient and useless. Tried selling me another third party charging cable.

  Terrible experience. We needed just to change the battery of the computer. They kept the computer 1 week with no action although we were told that 3 to 5 days were max. Now the store is closed since 2 days with no power, no information, no update… day 10 without computer still counting
