Highly disappointed - I came in to buy a sim card for my son's phone as I let it lapse over summer as we didn't need it and to reactivate I need a new sim to it activated and get a new number. The guy who's name I didn't get told me I needed to bring the phone in and he needed to do it which would cost the amount for the sim plus $25. You can buy the SIM card kit at Walmart or target but both were out which is why I went to the retail store. He then tried to upsell me if I needed a phone they are running a deal where I could get a free phone with a $60 a month plan. I already have said phone and the plan is $40 a month so why would I do that and pay more money when I have the phone at home I just need the SIM card, and to not pay more money a month? No thank you. He said something about that Imei number not being correct or whatever and then I would have to call customer service if it were incorrect? I literally activated the first phone completely by myself and I'm very capable of doing it, and I have the Imei number stored at home. Seems like somebody wanted the commission of the $25 by him activating it instead of just selling me the SIM card. Lost business as I ordered the SIM card kit off or Amazon which will be here tomorrow.

I just purchased an Iphone 13 and Janexka went above and beyond. So friendly, professional and very knowledgeable in all areas. The store is very clean and the other gentleman was very professional as well. Family atmosphere and best store and service in A-town !!!!. 10 stars**********.

I bought a tablet for my Mom and took it here to get set up for a monthly account. I went to the American Parkway store and spoke with Gladys. She was extremely helpful with everything, and very patient. By the time I left, everything was set up perfectly, and ready to go. Mom couldn't be happier, and I am so very appreciative for everything Gladys helped me with! She deserves recognition at a very high level! Thanks Gladys, I hope you hear about this review, & if anyone asks, I will send them to YOU!

Went with a friend to get a phone. Omar was great. Helped him get the right plan for him, transferred the contacts, and took the time to clearly explain how his phone works. Great experience. Thanks Omar.
