  My female Cairn terrier had pre-op blood work done today. The technicians here are very friendly and gentle.

  Recently, the service there has gone downhill. The staff ask multiple times what you were there for and are not thorough with what is going on. They are so disorganized that they prescribed medication for my dogs wrong ear. My dog is going to get surgery on her eye soon and needs labwork, which at first they told me was fasting labs but then switched it and said not fasting. Then they called me and said no one will be available the day they scheduled her lab work. One of the receptionists honestly might have a serious mental health or drug problem, she left a five minute voicemail just to say that the day needed switched. After my dog’s surgery on her eye, I will 100% be switching vets. 5 points does not have their act together anymore and it’s not worth the frustration and possible harm to my pet considering their severity of disorganization and chronic mistakes.

  They are expensive. Honestly, I don't think they are any better than any other Vet. They are friendly and take their time. When I left the above review, I believe I had sticker shock. So, I don't believe I was very fair. I received a text from VCA to bring a stool sample for each of my dogs. When I got there, I was told it was going to be $133.00 for each dog to do whatever they do with stool samples. So, I said no. That should have been the end of it, but that was still in my mind. I apologize to VCA for leaving the previous review. The lady I had, I think was a very good Vet. She exammed both dogs and took her time to talk to me about behavior problems I have with 1 dog. The baby of the family, he's kind of spoiled. I appreciated the time she took. That is what should have stuck with me, not the $133.00 fecal exam I did not get.   Really good care for my pets. Price below average. Doctor's have been terrific. Office staff always friendly and smiling!

  The staff has already been kind, courteous, and respectful. We have brought our animals here for years and will continue to do so for years to come.
