  Disappointing and disrespectful experience. My family and I have been loyal Apple customers since the iPhone 4, using iPhones, iPads, and MacBooks, but the customer service at this store was terrible. The staff were obnoxious, dismissive, and treated me like I was stupid when I asked basic questions. After waiting 3 hours just to buy an iPad, the explanation I received was useless, and I ended up having to order it online anyway—asking AI was honestly more helpful than the store staff. As a college student who values time and clear communication, this was extremely frustrating. Apple's service quality has dropped significantly, and this experience makes me seriously consider switching to Samsung for my next device.

  I’ve been waiting for someone to take my iPad order for over 45 minutes. You mentioned that you would try to find someone to help me. Please make sure you don’t forget about me and that someone comes to assist me as soon as possible. Thank you.

  Was checked in quickly but then no one wanted to help me with recycling some iPads. The older man at the register would not make eye contact with me or even acknowledge I was waiting. After 10 minutes a gentleman apologized and said he would find someone to help me but after another er ten minutes I was not helped and so I left.

  I took an iPhone 15 Pro Max in for Apple Care screen replacement. Was told that phone was registered as a stolen device and the device could not be repaired. I asked the employee if there was someone who he could call, who could examine my receipt for the device, the receipts for over 2 years of apple care they were more than happy to take and my government issued real ID, he indicated that there was no one to call. This from an organization with a market cap of 4.69 trillion dollars in 2026. I was instead handed a scrap of paper with a hand written email address for a shady online registry that had no phone number, or any reasonable way to communicate for a quick resolution. Just send an email into the void and hope for the best I guess. Hours later - no response. This is probably the laziest example of customer service I've experienced from top to bottom.

  Planned ahead on 7/17/26 and got there 15 min after opening only waited 5 min to see a tech for my macbook. Bad reviews cause you showed up at 1pm on a Sat.? That wait time is bad planning on your part not bad service on apple store part. I had an amazing tech, she went over upgrade options but was not pushy, after the great service she performed on my laptop for no charge, I wanted to give her a sale and bought an external hardrive that I needed anyway. Great experience al around. Guys if you truly have a bad experience that's one thing but most of the bad reviews I'm reading, its a you problem, get over yourself.
