  Upon arrival, I saw a bunch of employees in blue shirts all over the place, yet somehow no one could tell us where to pick up the item I had already purchased. We finally figured out that pickup was all the way on the left side of the store. Once we got there, there was no clear queue or indication of what to do, so we just stood around and waited. After many minutes, someone finally acknowledged us and asked for the order email. Then came another long wait before they finally brought out the box. With this many employees around, how is the pickup process this inefficient? At this point, I’d rather have a self-service kiosk. What an absolute mess of a system.

  Came in to buy an Apple Watch Series 12 and was told to wait by a wait. A worker named Mike was helping someone so we waited and he ignored us the entire time and only helped “white” customers and us as Asians was standing there for 10 mins and he decided to help the white couple that came and only waiting 2 minutes instead of us when at that point we were waiting a while. Didn’t ask us if we need didn’t do anything. Racist worker. Shame

  Roberly and the Apple store at Washington Square saved my Apple experience. I had 2 back to back very disappointing experiences with an Apple online order and delivery, and at the Apple Store in Bridgeport. I was connected with Roberly at the Washington Square Apple Store and she took simple but effective steps to get me taken care of and provide me with the experience I needed. Thank you Roberly!

  Currently writing this from inside the Apple Store. I know exactly what I want to buy but despite 17 employees being on the floor, I can’t check out. They literally won’t let you check out until the specific salesperson for that specific product opens up. Been waiting about 15 minutes now and I still have an unknown number of people ahead of me in line. I’ve even spoken to what I assume is the manager and was told that they want to give me the Apple experience which is why I can’t check out. Even the manager can’t check me out. I see multiple employees wandering around with nothing to do, but they can’t help me because they aren’t the sales person for that product. I even asked if buying it online on my phone would be faster and the answer was maybe. So if I were you I would recommend not buying from this store and buying online instead. The “Apple experience” is apparently to just make you wait until you eventually give up and leave.

  Went yesterday and as we stood in the line the guy with glasses and curly hair outside the store asked us why were we there???? Uhhh to buy? And he goes off we don’t have phone, so we asked if there will be estimate date of restock and he just shrugged and told us he doesn’t get paid enough to know it. I understand it is a busy week for you guys and if you don’t want to do customer job service, then don’t work there? Didnt catch his name as he doesn’t gave a nametag.
