  I had a great experience at this Apple Store location. The staff were very friendly and polite overall. Additionally, the store itself was quite clean, just like any other Apple Store location. They helped me apply a screen protector, which is certainly awesome if you don’t want any air bubbles or dust on your screen! Overall, I think it is a great place to visit.

  Jacob was amazing! Super kind, helpful, and funny! This was my first time actually visiting an Apple store (nobody else had an unlocked 17e which I was wanting), and although the wait was about 15 minutes I feel like that place is always packed from wall to wall! So I was very impressed by the speed at which I was able to get help. If I could choose who to help me the next time I visit, I would certainly pick Jacob

  They refused to replace my phone even though I have AppleCare+ I called Apple and they sent me a new phone, but it was very inconvenient.

  6/11/26 To anyone planning on walking in and buying something, DO NOT COME HERE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Today wasn't a busy day, but every worker seemed to be occupied. Tried to buy a phone, and wasn't helped at all until I asked the employee standing at the center of the store, and was then told to wait a bit longer since 4 more people were ahead of me. Well "a bit longer" turned out to be an hour and the guy that finally helped looked like he was dying to get off work. I picked out the phone I wanted and was just about done finishing payment when he goes to help someone else and completely forgets about me. So, I spent few more minutes waiting, then half an hour later he disappears into the back, comes out with changed clothes, and LEAVES THE STORE!! I ended up asking other workers for help, and they said that I'm going to need to wait even more since everyone is busy. I've been in this store for 2 HOURS and you want me to wait more!! Finally, someone came to help me but I had to restart and tell him what color and storage size again and fill out billing information. Shout out Mike for making it easy and quick, but I'm still angry. I will never shop at this store again. I wish for every employee there to get stuck in traffic. I hope every time they are crossing a drawbridge a boat passes under, except for Mike.

  Roberly the manager was fantastic! She put me in great hands with David! If you need to go there, buy a new phone and transfer over, I highly recommend you ask for David. I got there before 10 o’clock waited 15 minutes. I was first in the door. They got to me right away, I had a wonderful experience. If you are prepared, and use some common sense you’ll get in and out. Thank you team!
