  Impossible to get through to this vet. They never pick up the phone and they never call you back if you leave a number. I’ve tried leaving a message, I’ve tried calling periodically throughout the day, still nothing. This has happened multiple times and it’s incredibly frustrating.

  Not a fan of this vet at all my cat had some swelling appear in her jaw so we brought her to the vet to get evaluated. They examined my cat gave her vaccines ran a bunch of blood tests and told us she needed to have surgery it seemed to be some sort of abscess. Everything including surgery cost a little over $3,000 they called us in the middle of her surgery to tell us she had a mass and that if we wanted that removed we would have to schedule ANOTHER surgery to remove the mass they charged us an extra amount to place a wedge and take a biopsy of the mass to check for cancer. Surgery was finished and we went to pick up the cat. They wanted to do more blood work to test for cancers. Nothing shows up on the blood panel good news. They never said anything else about the biopsy we paid extra for so still don’t have any answers for that after surgery cat is home she has a drain tube in her neck to drain the abscess about a week later we go back to the vet for a check up which we had to pay for ( I have never had to pay for a follow up at other vets) the dr. Says the swelling hasn’t gone down as much as she thought and now theirs a hard knot and they want to do ANOTHER surgery on my senior cat for ANOTHER $3,000 they send us home with pain meds (not enough to make it to the next date they claim they have open to do my cats surgery) my cat ran out of pain meds no more antibiotics and has rapidly declined gone about 3-4 days without eating barley drinking and has gone to the bathroom maybe 2 times since seeing the vet. We call the vet to let them know they can give us no answer other than to give her a medication tab to stick in her ear to make her hungry and to come to the check up appointment tomorrow. I am not on my way to the Emergency vet to put my cat to sleep after all the bullshit run around this stupid vet had caused. They charged me over 3,000 to complete all these labs and tests and surgery on my senior cat NEVER gave me an answer on anything with the biopsy they charged my extra for during my cats surgery after her antibiotics ran out and my cat started to decline didn’t offer to put my cat on a longer dose of antibiotics. Only asked for more money and told me to either wait or to go to the emergency vet which ultimately ended in my cat having to be put to sleep they have caused my cat so much pain and suffering due to their greed and lack of compassion.

  Staff were very good with my pup, they handled her with care, explained everything to us, Everyone was so friendly,

  I will NEVER GO TO ANOTHER VET EVER‼️‼️‼️💕❤️💕 I will always going to this vet. They are the kindest people I’ve ever met in my entire life they are the BEST. N These people are on top of it. They care they love people they love their animals. I can’t even begin to say thank you because you guys are just wonderful wonderful wonderful. And I will never forget what you did for me actually for GRACIE. Thank you so very much and Courtney thinks she’s also so we really are happy about you guys how you took care of GRACIE. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I will never forget you guys and I will never go to another vet. I will always if I have to bring my dog to you. I will. You guys are amazing.. I could even see the grief in everybody’s eyes and so just trying to help and you’re just wonderful absolutely wonderful.
