  Worse expérience ever. The vet refuse to give me an antibiotic for my cat who has blood on her urine and was completely fine otherwise. Instead he told me that my cat was « A DIVA » and brought me back home with a définition of « idiopatic cyst » of course I paid for urinary analysis. The day after he call me again telling me that « ho yes there is plenty of bacteria so to provide antibiotics it will be 400$ for a culture. » but as mentionned to him, I am now in an other city, my cat is now being for 3 days with blood on her urine and no solution from them. Hopefully I went to the emergency to Bridgeton Veterinary and they did an amazing job. They understood that I was running out of time, that I knew my cat and they were able to prescribe the appropriate antibiotic. They did not insult me or my cat, they did not send me back home with no solution. They did not make me waste my time and my money. I do strongly recommand then and I do strongly recommand you to avoid the vet I saw yesterday.

  In the last several months, I've had to spend a lot more time here than I would prefer, dealing with my cat's health issues. The only thing that has made that process bearable is how excellent the staff has been. From the vets to the techs to the front desk staff, everyone here has been dedicated, kind, passionate, and professional. They have made a very difficult process so much easier, and I'm so grateful to them for it.

  Was looking for 2nd opinion and recommendations for seriously ill pet. Dr Macho carefully reviewed her extensive medical records/history, did a thorough physical exam and took time with me to be sure I understood options. I followed his recommendations and she was more comfortable. He followed up to be sure things were going as planned and explain next steps. Very professional and caring practice.
