  Really frustrated with how they handled care for my pet. I have my senior chihuahua’s anal glands expressed here regularly. I came in on August 20th to have them expressed, which they did and did not mention anything out of the ordinary. After I’ve left the appointment I get a call and they tell me they are concerned about the viscosity of the fluid. Which I thought was weird they didn’t mention in person, but it is what it is. They recommend me coming in for another expression in a couple weeks and I explain I leave town for 2 months on September 5th. We scheduled another appointment for today. From what I understand this was way to soon to have another routine expression but I trust their recommendation, and I understand my schedule was hard to work with. I wanted to check on what they were concerned about. I bring her in today and they express the anal glands, they tell me they weren’t that full, surprise surprise and then recommend I come back in for an exam because of worry over the material in her glands. I don’t understand why they didn’t recommend an exam in the first place after the first expression! And if there was a reason, it wasn’t explained to me :( So I book the exam which I understand to range around 150$. which I had budgeted for, but now can’t afford because they charged me for this anal gland expression I did not need! All this to say, I had to cancel my appointment, my dog may have an untreated infection, and they charged me for an expression I didn’t need. Two days before I travel to another state. I was unable to find a feedback line on their website, so this is where my query goes.

  Brought my kitten pumpkin in and they took such great care of her. They listened and really tried to figure out what was wrong and took it very serious.

  They have all kinds of tricks and to get your pet shots without trauma.loved them.
