  The doctor and her assistant were both wonderful — the front desk staff, less so. I arrived a little less than 10 minutes after my appointment time, and one woman at the front desk made a strange show of it, calling the doctor to ask if they could even still fit me in. Even the doctor seemed confused by the call and asked why she was calling again— I wasn’t dramatically late, and the office wasn’t busy. I’m not sure why the front desk felt the need to make it an issue, so that was off putting and had it not been for the assistant and Dr, this would be a very different review. When someone comes in during a vulnerable moment — like when their dog is sick and dying — a little more compassion goes a long way. Instead of making them feel bad for being a few minutes late, it would help to simply reassure them: “We’ll do our best to get you in.” Otherwise, a great experience.

  Brought my kitten pumpkin in and they took such great care of her. They listened and really tried to figure out what was wrong and took it very serious.

  They have all kinds of tricks and to get your pet shots without trauma.loved them.

  I showed up 2 days early for my appointment for two cats, and they graciously fit us in, instead of sedning me home. I’ve been bringing my cats here for 8+ years and attest to the quality of the Veterinarians, technicians, and staff. It is a solid clinic and we are grateful for their care!
