- TTTaniaAug 26, 20265.0Mattie went truly above and beyond in assisting a friend of mine who, as an older adult, sometimes struggles with technology. There was only so much I could guide her through over the phone and being out of state, so I suggested she visit the Cricket store for assistance. That is where Mattie came into the picture. Not only did Mattie help my friend add an app to her device, but she also took the time to teach her how to scan a QR code and navigate the technology more confidently. Mattie, thank you so very much for your patience, kindness, and willingness to help. Your support made a meaningful difference and turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a positive one. You truly are a light in the darkness, and I appreciate you more than words can express. A thousand thank-yous for going above and beyond. Your exceptional customer service and genuine care will not be forgotten! 🌟
