- SPS PFeb 15, 20261.0I had a really unfortunate experience at this Cricket location. As I was walking up to the door around 3:50 PM, I saw an employee closing up. I asked if they were closing, genuinely confused because the open sign was still on. He responded with “damn near” and said he was going to lunch and would be back around 4:40, but that there wouldn’t be time to help me before he left. He then got into his car. leaving the open sign on the door. I was pretty upset because I had just broken my phone and urgently needed help so I could figure out how to get home. It was frustrating to be turned away like that, especially during posted business hours and with the store appearing open. I understand employees need breaks, but the communication and customer service in this situation were really disappointing.
