I had. the worst. experience , i went in with a need to fix my phone , showed ID and then was asked for my secret pin , usually they flip the screen around so you can insert it with privacy . The manager there a African american women would NOT let me put my pin in privacy ,, they can impersonate you to customer support or online systems to take over your mobile account. I had to Change my PIN Immediately: Contact Cricket Wireless Support or use your account settings to update your PIN to a strong, unique code. when i insisted i put my pin in the manager told me to get out and refused service , very mean service!!

I had a horrible experience at this Cricket retailer. I’ve been at Cricket for over 15 years and they proved today they obviously do not care about loyalty or loosing long time customers. What they did amounts to fraud. I wanted an IPhone, and went in just to look and check on pricing. They told me there was promotion on a certain iPhone and talked me into seeing how much I could qualify for to finance a phone. They quoted me a price but said that I’d have to change my phone number, but the phone price was great so I agreed. They told me I wouldn’t have to pay anything at the time. I thought I was getting a good deal. Then I find out the phone I want is no longer available only the most expensive, but the new line I’d be paying half the price of the upgrade so I agreed. I should’ve gotten a clue when the saleswomen and her boss spoke to each other only in Spanish, which in itself is rude, as I didn’t know what the heck they were saying to each other. I was then told I’d have to pay $102 that day. But id get it credited to my account as soon as I had the phone turned on. They also acted like they were throwing in a case, the glass protector, headphones and a portable speaker at no additional price, as not ONCE was annoying OTHER THAN THE PHONE PRICE explained to me, or even brought up. I thought I got a great deal until cricket sent me the bill. I was charged for 5 cases, 3 to phones I’ve never heard of let alone owned, 3 chargers, a wireless one, a wall charger with ports for 4 different devices, and a car charge, a huge portable speaker, and headphones , when I actually received a charging cord, a box and an instruction booklet. My$350 quoted amount ended up totaling almost 1000$. They padded my bill for their commission or the saleswoman at the very least it’s totally incompetent and should be fired. I plan on speaking to management but wanted to post this as a warning to anyone thinking of using this cricket store. Save your money, and your time and use a different store!!!!!!
